This prototype does not collect, transmit, or store personal information. Forms on this site, including the early-access request form, are demonstrations only and do not send data anywhere.

A full privacy policy will describe what information Declara collects from accounting firms and their clients, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it is shared with (including service providers that process documents), and how users can access or delete their information.

Until a production privacy policy is published, do not enter real personal, client, or tax information into this prototype.

This prototype is provided for evaluation and feedback only, with fictional data, and without warranty of any kind. It is not intended for preparing or filing actual declarations.

Declara is AI-assisted software for accounting professionals. It does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it does not file or sign declarations. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, signing, and submitting every declaration.

Declara is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the State of Connecticut, the Office of Policy and Management, or any municipality or assessor’s office.

This prototype has no authentication and is not designed to protect real data. Do not upload real tax documents or client information.

The production version is planned to include: encryption in transit and at rest; organization-level data isolation; role-based permissions for preparers, reviewers, and administrators; audit logs of access and changes; and documented data-retention controls.

No security certifications or third-party audits have been completed for this prototype. Any future certifications will be listed here only once they are obtained.
